Rob Buchanan

Mr. Buchanan has 30 years of mining industry experience in investor relations and public affairs roles. Previously, Rob was the Director of Investor Relations for TSX-listed Karora Resources (formerly Royal Nickel Corp.) from 2011 to 2024, until its merger with Westgold Resources. At Karora, he played key role in developing the corporate communications & sustainability strategies. Before joining Karora, he was Director, Investor Relations at TSX and JSE-listed Uranium One from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, Rob spent over 10 years in various Investor Relations and Public Affairs roles at TSX and NYSE-listed Inco Ltd. and Vale Inco. Rob has completed the Competent Boards Global Certificate and Designation in ESG, is a Certified Professional in Investor Relations, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental & Resource Science.
